Welcome! I'm Dorothy Yang, and I love getting to know "the stories behind the faces," whether it's with my colleagues, leaders, direct reports, customers or coaching clients. I can’t wait to get to know you better and see how I might help you along your journey.

This curiosity and empathy have driven me to not only lead large, global teams to solve complex problems by deeply understanding the end-user, but it’s also led me into the field of leadership coaching.

I’m currently a Product and Strategy Executive in Tech. I have 15 +years of experience in Product, Strategy, Marketing, Innovation, Operations, and Engineering roles. With a background spanning Tech, Healthcare, and Consumer Products, I bring a wealth of functional and industry experiences to the table. Trained in human-centered design, I combine industry knowledge with innovative strategies to help you build the dream life you're looking for. 

I’m a mother, wife, and gender equity advocate. Most importantly, I am a person of faith who believes in a higher calling beyond any role or position; such a calling ultimately drives my life purpose and work. I won’t ever force my beliefs on you, but if helpful, I'm happy to coach from a faith perspective. ​​
